EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. (“C.H. Robinson”) (Nasdaq: CHRW) announced that its Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 55 cents ($0.55) per share, payable on April 1, 2022, to shareholders of record on March 4, 2022.
C.H. Robinson has distributed uninterrupted dividends without decline for more than twenty years. As of February 10, 2022, there were approximately 128,703,756 shares outstanding.
